The Zero Contact Installation means:
1. No physical contact between installers and homeowners ie handshakes
2. Installers will wear gloves when working on areas inside a customers home
3. Installers will have disinfectant with them to wipe down external areas such as inverters that they have worked on
4. All documentation requiring signatures will be emailed
The safety of our customers and installers is of paramount importance to us and these procedures will allow us to maintain our installation schedules and minimise inconvenience or impact on our customers.
